These Terms of Service apply when you access the Divine Perfume website or purchase goods from Divine Perfume Ltd, trading as Divine Perfume.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights that consumers have under applicable UK law.

2. Products

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions and information are accurate.

Product packaging, colours or presentation may occasionally differ from photographs where manufacturers change packaging or where screen settings affect appearance, provided this does not materially change the product ordered.

3. Product Availability

All products and orders are subject to availability.

If we cannot supply an item after you place an order, we will notify you and, where applicable, refund the amount paid for the unavailable item.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected goods.

An automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order.

A contract is formed when we accept your order, normally when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.

Before acceptance, we may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where an item is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, payment cannot be authorised or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

If payment has already been taken for an order we do not accept, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated and include applicable VAT where required.

Delivery charges and other mandatory charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

If we discover an obvious pricing error before accepting your order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected order and refund any payment already made.

Unless another delivery period has been agreed with you, we will deliver goods within the period required by applicable UK consumer law.

7. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

For eligible online purchases, consumers have statutory cancellation rights.

Certain statutory exceptions may apply, including to some sealed goods after unsealing where the health-protection or hygiene exception under applicable law genuinely applies.

Nothing in these terms or our Returns & Refunds Policy affects your statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

8. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where required by law.

If goods are faulty or otherwise do not conform to the contract, consumers may have statutory rights including rejection, repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes those rights.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional terms displayed with the relevant promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

We reserve the right to withdraw or correct a promotion where there has been an obvious error, fraud, misuse or circumstances making the promotion impossible to operate as intended, subject always to applicable consumer law.
